Interim Head of Service Development

Our client, an innovative provider of social care services in the South of England is looking for an interim Head of Service Development to help them to establish high quality support for a variety of client groups.

The initial focus of the role will be on quality assurance, helping the organisation to develop their services, ensuring that they are safe and focused on outcomes. The successful interim will need to have significant experience and understanding of leading CQC regulated services. They will be driven by best practice and will bring rigour to the way the organisation works within the CQC frameworks.

Over time, the role focus will shift towards the future, bringing understanding of the way the social care market is developing in the local area. The Head of Service Development will need to be resilient, innovative and person centred.
