Interim Recruitment Project Lead

Our client, a large national charity is looking to appoint an interim to lead a project to drive efficiencies in their in house recruitment function. The aim of the project is to improve the quality of the support they are able to provide by significantly reducing their reliance on agency staff.

I am interested in speaking with people who bring significant expertise in high volume recruitment, some of which will have been gained in social care or a related area. This is an immediate vacancy, initial contract is likely to be for 6 months and could be either a fixed term contract or a daily rate. The role will be home based.
