Interim Resourcing Consultant - Social Care
Our client is a national provider of support for adults with learning disabilities and autistic people. They are looking for a consultant on a short term basis to help them to assess the efficiency of their recruitment function.
The consultant will assess their processes for recruitment, onboarding, retention etc and will write a report to show them what they are doing well and what could be improved.
The appointed consultant is likely to have done something similar before and will bring in depth knowledge and experience of recruitment in social care or a closely related area.
