Interim Service Improvement Consultant

Our client is a well known national charity which runs counselling services across England and Wales. They are experts in their field, with a long successful history, but they are keen to improve the way they deliver their services.

We are looking for an interim who can help them to improve their processes for booking clients and make it more efficient. We want someone to analyse current ways of working, recommend and initiate improvements whilst helping their colleagues to understand the changes and the benefits they will bring to their clients.

We are interested in hearing from people who have a demonstrable ability to improve service delivery, probably in a charity or similar. We don't expect to find anyone who has done this before (although that would be nice), but we do want an interim who can quickly add value.

This will be a day rate contract, (remote working) outside i.r.35. The client is keen to meet people quickly so if you think this could be you please get in touch asap. If you think others in your networks could be tempted please do feel free to share.
