Interim Social Care Operations Consultant

Our client, a medium sized charity in Sussex is looking for an interim social care operations specialist to add capacity to a care home at a time of change. We are interested in speaking with people who are immediately available, who can demonstrate the ability to drive efficiencies and improve quality in a CQC regulated environment. Excellent leadership skills and a passion for improving the support provided are essential.
